Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and where it is going, and the amount is shown in full before you pay. From time to time we run free-shipping thresholds; when we do, the threshold is shown in the cart.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with the tracking number when it leaves our facility. If the tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, email support@pteemventures.store and we will look into it.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as it is written, so please double-check it. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; a re-shipping charge may apply.
