Train on purpose.
Every item specified.
Fitness, recovery and active-lifestyle gear listed the way a coach keeps a kit log — load, resistance, length and capacity stated as plain numbers, not sold to you with a slogan.
Hydration
Insulated steel and BPA-free bottles, sized by the ounce for a full session without a refill.
Recovery
Rollers, balls, bands and straps rated by length and resistance, for warm-up and cool-down.
Training
Ropes, weights, grippers and suspension gear specified by load and capacity, from warm-up to heavy work.
Carry
Duffels, cinch bags and wash kits measured in litres, built to survive a daily gym bag.
Accessories
Wraps, headbands, socks and a training log — the small things that quietly keep a session going.
How we spec everything
The fitness aisle sells arousal — a hero photo, a five-star row and a slogan in capital letters. We list the number instead: the resistance in pounds, the length in feet, the capacity in ounces, the pack.
Every item on this site carries a spec tag: its defining measurement and a load-index bar that places it on a one-to-five band, so you can compare a 40-pound band to a 20-pound band without reading a paragraph. It is the same information a physio or a strength coach writes on a programme, and it is the fastest way to buy the right thing once and not the wrong thing twice.
We keep the range deliberately small — a working set of accessories rather than a wall of near-identical options — and we hold our own stock so what the site says is in the box is what ships. Everything is packed and dispatched from Dallas, Georgia, usually within one to two business days, by USPS and UPS to all fifty states.
There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no auto-ship. You buy a piece of gear, we ship it, and if it is not right you send it back inside thirty days. That is the whole arrangement.
