Returns & refunds.

If something is not right, send it back within thirty days for a refund. No restocking fees, no argument.

How to return an item

• Email support@pteemventures.store with your order number and which item you are returning.
• We reply with a return address and simple instructions. Pack the item in its original packaging where possible.
• Once it reaches us and passes a quick condition check, we refund your original payment method and email you to confirm.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us within a few days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We cover return shipping on our mistakes and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been used against the body where that is obvious — used wraps, worn socks or headbands — unless they are faulty. Everything else in unused, resalable condition is returnable inside the thirty-day window.
