About these terms

This website is operated by P Teem Ventures LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, email support@pteemventures.store before you buy.

Products and pricing

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its key specifications. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required at checkout. We may change prices and the range at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the price was wrong — and if we do, we refund any amount already charged.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our own servers.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy and returns by our Returns policy, both of which form part of these terms.

Use of products

Our products are general fitness and lifestyle accessories. Exercise carries risk; use each item as intended and within your own ability, and consult a qualified professional before starting a new training programme. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
