A 9-foot coated steel-cable rope on sealed ball-bearing handles that spin fast and smooth for double-unders and conditioning work. The cable adjusts down with a set screw to fit any height — cut it once to your rope length and it stays set. Aluminium handles are knurled and light, and the bearings keep turning even when the cable whips. The thin coated cable moves quicker than a beaded or cloth rope and gives clear feedback when your timing is off. Comes long so you can size it to yourself rather than being stuck with someone else’s setting. A spare set screw is taped inside the box.
